Refund or Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Manufacturing defect

Customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Replacement Process

  • Email or WhatsApp our customer support team.
  • Share Order ID and photos/videos.
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of gift packaging products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products returned without original packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
