Shipping & Returns policy

We ship through registered courier services within India.

How long will my order take?

All orders usually gets shipped within 2-3 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-7 days. However, you can order on Amazon/Flipkart as some products maybe delivered in 1-2 working days through them.

Do you ship globally ?

Not currently, we are only shipping nationally within India. But we are looking forward to ship globally.

How much do you charge for delivery ?

Flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be levied on all orders.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

At present we are not offering Cash On Delivery options on our website.

 I received a damaged product. What do I do ?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at info@worldofukiyo.com with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced to you asap. 

How can i cancel my order ?

Please mail us at info@worldofukiyo.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

When can I cancel my order ?

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. [NO cancellation applicable for customised / made-to-order products once the order is placed.]

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?

If the payment was by credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your credit or debit card, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days. Please note that we depend on the credit/debit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We will immediately initiate refund from our side.
